A Letter from our CEO

Dear Doctor,

Our device is ingeniously simple. A small SMART Microsensor, which measures and stores environmental data, is embedded in the retainer. This data can only be uploaded via wireless technology. Our proprietary, encrypted SMART Reader and software allows the results to be shown on the orthodontist’s computer screen.

At Scientific Compliance, we believe you can’t monitor what you can't measure. We also believe orthodontists truly want their work to last: not just for the satisfaction, but also to eliminate stress, future marketing considerations and expense that are the negatives of poor retainer compliance.

We also know your patients (or their parents) work hard for the money they have invested in orthodontics and deserve the latest technology to protect their investment. And, if there is one thing we can count on, kids can always use a little help to monitor their retention at the prescribed doctor levels. When the critical patient cooperation phase begins, the more we can do in those first months to ensure compliance, the better it is for everyone concerned.

We have worked hard to make our technology and marketing support materials appealing and highly affordable to orthodontic professionals and their patients. We are also committed to building awareness of the SMART Retainer with targeted marketing directly to the consumer so your patients will be pre-sold when it’s time for the braces to come off. We started this company because we think there is a better way, through technology, to improve retainer compliance and better retainer compliance is a win for everyone.

We try to be obsessive about customer service. We value your business, and your willingness to join us in this new addition to your armamentarium. We are determined to earn your loyalty in many ways and provide a wide range of services to you. If we are not delivering, please e-mail me directly at wlongley@scicomply.com. As hard as we try, we are bound to make a mistake occasionally. I’d like to hear from you if we do.

We are proud to serve the orthodontic profession and appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your patients. Every patient is an advertisement for your practice and the SMART Retainer will enhance your image throughout your community.

Sincerely,

William Longley CEO
